**Role**:
We are looking for an energetic Data Processing Coordinator to join the Shipamax data science team.

You will work closely with knowledgeable and experienced machine learning engineers in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere where we encourage teamwork.

This job role would give you hands-on experience in an AI environment working with real-world datasets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and maintaining datasets for annotation
- You’ll be the first point of contact with third-party annotators and internal data QA team
- Write and review annotation specs
- Prepare training material and host sessions to train annotators
- Responsible for quality control of data annotation
- Responsible for delivering high quality data annotation

**Requirements**:

- Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownerships of small projects
- Experience with Excel and text editors
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic Python programming skills (you’ll run and maintain Python scripts to process data)
- Experience with simple SQL queries
