**The Role**:
**Key activities for this role**:

- Assess and migrate existing workloads to Azure.
- Plan, configure, optimize, and deploy Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Architectural design sessions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and enhance deliverables.
- Continuously improve team processes to ensure information is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Stay abreast of architectural/industry changes, especially in the areas of Cloud technologies.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new business and technical concepts.
- Coach other technical consultants and sellers related to Cloud technologies in your area of specialization.

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- 4+ years of experience in architecting, planning, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with Azure infrastructure: Compute, Networking, Storage.
- 2+ years of experience with IT infrastructure technologies and standards including system configuration policies, security, hardening, HA, DR etc.
- In-depth knowledge on Microsoft core platform technologies based on Windows Server.
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communications.
- Goal-oriented team player committed to quality and detail.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.

**Additional Capabilities as a Plus**:

- Familiarity with Azure assessment technologies such as Movere, Azure Migrate, Turbonomic, Cloudamize, etc.
- Experience with AWS and/or non-Microsoft (Linux, Oracle, etc.) workload migration to Azure.
- Microsoft Cloud Certifications a definite plus.
- Office 365 and supporting technologies helpful.
- Experience and working knowledge of Azure Platform as a Service products, such as App Services, Notification Hub, Event Hub, Functions, Cosmos, Table Storage a plus.
- Experience managing teams.
