**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training to maintain service quality.
- Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and front office teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on department performance, staff attendance, and budget utilization.
- Implement eco-friendly practices and promote sustainability initiatives where possible.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
