**Job Title**: Housing Inspector
**Location**: Saudi Arabia
**Salary**: 2,000 SAR per month
**Contract Type**: 2 years
**Language Requirement**: Basic English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of residential housing units to ensure they meet safety, health, and maintenance standards.
- Report and document any issues found during inspections.
- Provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and housing regulations.
- Liaise with property managers and tenants to resolve any housing-related concerns.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to management.
- Assist in coordinating housing maintenance and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in housing or property inspections, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes and housing regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
