**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products and services
- Generate leads and set up follow-ups with interested clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer information in databases and systems
- Verify data and correct errors where necessary
- Organize and manage physical and digital records for easy access
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify customer requirements
- Prepare basic reports and assist with internal decision-making processes
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
