**Job Title**: Visa Counsellor

**Location**: AHEMDABAD

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Assess client needs and provide tailored advice on visa options.
- Conduct initial consultations to gather information and understand client requirements.
- **Documentation Review**:

- Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- **Application Processing**:

- **Regulatory Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and visa regulations.
- Provide clients with current information on visa policies and procedures.
- **Follow-up and Support**:

- Offer post-visa support, including advice on travel and compliance with visa conditions.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in visa counselling or immigration advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,519.71 - ₹34,635.38 per month
