**Work Schedule -**5 PM - 2 AM IST
**Length of Contract**: 90-days (3 months)
**Location**: Remote - MUST be based in India to be considered.
**Scope of Work**:
- Recreate designs made originally in Figma on a Canva-like design platform; designs include social media posts, postcards, letterheads, flyers, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions that align with Real's brand identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, UX/UI/HCI, motion design, advertising/art direction, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
