Initiate outbound calls to leads, answer inquiries, and promote IT courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information on course offerings, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle objections and close sales by effectively communicating the value of our training programs.
- Follow up with leads to track progress and convert inquiries into enrolments.
- **Face-to-Face Counselling**:

- Conduct in-person counselling sessions with potential students, explaining course details, career prospects, and job opportunities in the IT field.
- Assess the student’s skills, goals, and interests to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Guide students through the registration process and assist with completing enrolment paperwork.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during face-to-face interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, ideally in the education or IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to close deals.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with confidence.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and trends is a plus.

Salary as per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
