JR34716 Intern - PMO, GSO

Micron’s Global Security Organization (GSO) team is focused on enabling company success with the delivery of high business value. We are seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team working shoulder-to-shoulder with Micron's IAG team within several Identity and Access Governance disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance a career in IAG with a variety of possibilities and challenges. As a member of our Agile team, you will be provided mentoring where you can develop your potential and grow professionally to promote your success.
- Drive project task completion across capability delivery for Product Management
- Proactively resolve issues and risks before and as they arise.
- Manage effective cross-team management of program, value-stream and team objectives
- Track and report progress based on delivery using actionable metrics and critical metrics
- Lead teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, including backlog creation, user stories, as well as facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments across Scrum teams by finding the right personnel to remove blocks
- Guide and coach Scrum teams on how to best use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software
- Track organizational metrics for teams, including burndowns, velocity and capacity, used to better facilitate team
