**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our travel packages, services, and experiences to a wide range of clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored travel solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Present and promote travel packages, services, and experiences to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
