**Job title**:
Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist ( Fresher’s & Experienced) BASLP or MASLP.

**About the role**:
We are looking Fresher’s/Experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide compassionate care to children and kids suffering from a variety of disorders, such as ADHD, ASD and Learning difficulties**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective treatment programs like in Speech Therapy Skills and communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, caregiver training, play, and recreational skills.
- Provide counselling to patients and their families about results of diagnosis and recommended therapies options.
- Create and revise accurate plans, care and goals. Primary work would be conducting 1 - 1 therapy sessions for kids.
- Delegate duties to support personnel, staff and outside agencies as per Organization guidelines.
- Prior work experience as a Speech Therapist or similar role
- Must be approachable and empathic so children will be comfortable working with you.
- Maintain complete documentation, records of assessments, interventions and therapies accordingly to the Plan.
- Knowledge of different therapeutic methods and the ability to switch between different approaches to meet each child’s needs.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children of different ages and from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

**Language Known**

English, Telugu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
