**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Process Engineer for multiple chemical Projects.
- 2. Early interaction with client to understand user requirements.
- 3. Plan the deliverables, sequence them and manage group of engineers to deliver as per project schedule and with acceptable quality.
- 4. Guide group of Process Engineers and help them deliver quality document.
- 5. Multi-disciplinary view and approach.
**Key Skills Required**:
1. Prepare and Review Process Datasheets of Process equipment like pumps, storage tanks, Reactors, vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers and special process equipment such as filtration equipment, drying equipment.
- 2. Prepare and review process flow diagram for process based on recipe from client.
- 3. Prepare and review Piping & Instrumentation diagram based on Process Flow diagram.
- 4. Perform and review hydraulic calculations for line sizing, Pump head.
- 5. Perform and review Flare network calculations.
- 6. Perform and review heat exchanger design calculations using HTRI.
- 7. Perform and review relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes
- 8. Perform and review surge calculations.
**Preferred skills**:
1. Proficient in HTRI
- 2. Proficient in AFT Fathom.
- 3. Proficient in AFT impulse
- 4. Operating knowledge of E3D / Navis works software
- 5. Operating knowledge of Aveva P&ID
- 6. Has knowledge in development of equipment layouts
