Urgent Hiring Admission Counselor

**Job Summary**:
Crimson World School, Rudrapur, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to manage the student admission process, ensure excellent parent engagement, and drive enrollment growth through lead conversions and effective counseling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel parents on the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission process, and policies.
- Manage the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads systematically and ensure high conversion rates.
- Organize campus tours and coordinate admission interviews.
- Maintain updated admission records and generate regular reports.
- Meet enrollment targets set by the management.
- Support marketing and outreach activities like open houses and school events.
- Build strong relationships with parents to create a positive admission experience.

**Education**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or educational counseling.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to meet targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and admission-related software.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
