Vice Principal

*The Vice Principal is responsible for the academic administration of the school, ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum, enhancing teaching quality, and improving student performance. The role demands a strong educational background, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to academic excellence.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Teacher Support and Supervision.
- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions for teachers.
- Academic Administration.
- Academic Planning.
- Develop the school’s academic calendar, including scheduling of exams, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with department heads and teachers to ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
- Student Discipline:

- Implement and uphold school policies on student behavior and discipline.
- Academic Strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the school’s academic vision and goals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify long-term academic objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4-7 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or administrative role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and administrative software.
- Ability to analyze data and use it for decision-making and improvement.
