Designation - EA to GM Finance - Male Only

Experience - 5 years plus

Location - Mumbai

CTC - 7 LPA

Qualification - Graduation

1. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

2. Interacting with internal as well as external stakeholders on behalf of the GM

3. Scheduling & Managing the calendar & appointments proficiently & managing & preparing presentations

5. Maintaining Records & Documents appropriately

6. Attending corporate guests by maintaining proper professional decorum.

**DESIRED PROFILE**

1. Min 3 years of experience in handling secretarial functions

2. Good in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Good in MIS

4. Very Good interpersonal & communication skills
