**Job Description: Marketing Executive (Silica Ramming Mass)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand the client base for silica ramming mass, with a particular focus on the steel and metallurgical industries.
- Identify potential clients and establish long-term business relationships with distributors, end-users, and steel melting furnace sales personnel.
- Generate and pursue leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into sales.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, recommending the appropriate grade of silica ramming mass to suit their operational needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

**2. Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and analyze customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design pricing models, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**3. Travel and Client Engagement**:

- Demonstrate a strong willingness to travel across India for client visits, business development, and participation in industry exhibitions and conferences.
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations, address customer queries, and provide after-sales support.
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients and stakeholders across different regions.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial mineral trading or a related sales role.
- Experience working with steel melting furnace sales personnel is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in market research, sales analysis, and strategic planning.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
