In This Role, You Will:

- Work on Cvent’s Internal CMS tool to implement approved design mock-up/elements as perclient’s requirement which includes:

- Create design artworks as per client’s requirement
- Implement approved web design in the CMS by writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript code
- Find necessary tweaks and workarounds while working with technically restricted CMSenvironment
- Design artworks for clients for their mobile apps or website as per their requirement
- Must be a SME who acts as a project manager and maintains strong communication withclients/internal stakeholders
- Ensure best possible customer experience that fits and contributes to the broader Cventecosystem of products
- Make managerial decisions whenever required and act as a team player by providing excellentdesign solution while being an individual contributor
- Drive actions to the closer and ensure a solution to a problem by going extra miles, if needed

Here's What You Need:

- Be capable of writing clean, well thought out, and reliable HTML, CSS and JavaScript codes
- Be comfortable working on a project from the original fuzzy brief through development and deployment and beyond with mínimal oversight required
- Be a problem solver who is not afraid to share ideas and open discussions
- Be a strong communicator who writes and speaks well
- Be great with technical documentation
- Be a person with great stakeholder and real-time management with strong business acumen
- Be a self-motivated and go-getter person
- Committed to continuous learning
- Excellent HTML/CSS hand coding skill
- Good experience with jQuery implementation and JavaScript
- Graphics Designing skills through Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.
- Hands-on experience in creating GIF/Motion Graphics
- Understanding of GIT and Stash along with knowledge of Accessibility (508 Compliance/WCAG) will be an added advantage- 3+ years of experience in web-design/development/computer-aided design role- Bachelor’s degree is a must-
