**Position Overview**:
We are a 10 year old, fast growing, Corporate Events Management Agency, based at Andheri East, Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling basic social media posts across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas to enhance our online presence.
- **LinkedIn Prospecting and Research**:

- Conduct research on LinkedIn to identify potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Assist in outreach efforts through LinkedIn messaging to establish connections and initiate conversations with prospects.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects our agency's values and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
