We are your personal virtual assistant that helps you save time and money whilst catering to your business or personal requirements.

**Role Description**:
We are seeking a Co-founder to join our mission of expanding the AtoZ VirtuaL brand globally. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AtoZ VirtuaL's operations, including staff management, financial activities, business growth and expansion on a global scale, and client engagement.

**What we expect from her**:
1. She gets engaged in fundraising and manage investor relations.

2. Collaborate closely with the founder cum owner to develop and execute an effective business plan.

3. She must implement a detailed work structure using appropriate software tools to monitor and track team progress and project execution.

4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of business activities.

5. Identify customers in key verticals and increase revenue in both the B2B and B2C sectors.

6. Foster global connections with a range of businesses, from SMEs to corporate, ensuring alignment at the functional level to identify efficiencies, maintain consistency, streamline processes, methodologies, and best practices.

7. She will work closely with all levels of employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and improve retention. Address complex employee relations issues and grievances.

8. Take full accountability for AtoZ VirtuaL's profit and loss (P&L), consistently achieving revenue targets, cost controls, and profitability goals.

9. Drive AtoZ VirtuaL's growth by identifying expansion opportunities, introducing new services, and creating innovative promotions.

10. Develop and implement strategies to enhance AtoZ VirtuaL's competitive position in the market.

11. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

12. Create marketing initiatives, special promotions, and innovative campaigns to attract and retain clients. Manage the company's online presence and engagement on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

13. Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing AtoZ VirtuaL's financial performance, staff productivity, client engagement, and other key metrics for the founder's review.

14. Design and implement training programs to upskill AtoZ VirtuaL staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest techniques and industry trends.

15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions.

16. Fulfill any other duties essential for the business's growth and global expansion as directed by Founder

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- PhD in business management or a relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in the virtual assistant industry, with a background in management and leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and motivate staff effectively.

**Location**: Remote for the initial months.
