**Compliance Management**:
- Monitor adherence to all applicable regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, etc.) and internal quality management systems (QMS).
- Conduct regular quality audits of manufacturing processes, documentation, and facilities to identify potential compliance risks.
- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- **Quality Control Oversight**:
- Review and approve batch records, test results, and raw material documentation to ensure product quality.
- Investigate and address any deviations from established specifications or non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure accurate testing and timely release of finished products.
- **Deviation and CAPA Management**:
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct thorough analysis of quality trends to identify potential problems and proactively implement preventative measures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive quality records and documentation related to production, testing, and investigations.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies summarizing quality performance and compliance status.
- **Training and Development**:
- Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and ensure staff competency in relevant
- ETC.
