Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**
As a Field Sales Executive at Coverfox Insurance Broking, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling insurance products to customers. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their insurance needs, explain product benefits, and ensure a seamless sales process. You will represent the company and be the primary point of contact for potential customers in your assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
- Sell insurance products (health, motor, life, etc.) to individuals and corporates, achieving targets on time.
- Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and events to promote offerings.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulations.
- Assist with policy documentation and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions; provide regular sales reports.
**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Persuasive selling skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and processes (training will be provided).
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience **(6 Months insurance sales mandatory).**
- Proficiency in local language(s) along with basic understanding of English.
**-Valid driver’s license with a 2-wheeler**and willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
