Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on quantitative aptitude topics.
- Cover key areas such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
- Design and develop training materials, including practice problems, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Teach shortcut methods and problem-solving techniques to improve speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence in tackling quantitative aptitude questions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and patterns in competitive exams (e.g., CAT, GRE, GMAT, campus placements).
- Provide guidance on time management and exam strategies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with competitive exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, or campus placement aptitude tests.
- Experience in creating and analyzing mock tests and practice problems.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

**Pay Scale**:

- **₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month** (based on experience and expertise).

**Duration**:

- **3 Months** (with potential for extension based on performance and requirements).
