**JOB DISCRIPTION**
- (100% inside sales)
- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales) and a chance to earn a lot of incentives.
- Learn lead generation through cold calling.
- Counselling prospective students as well as working professionals.
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
- Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
- Assist students with university and course selection.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone,
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- A great opportunity to earn a lot of incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Build a sales pipeline & achieve target numbers.

2) Cold calling, calling on leads received. Handle walk-ins enquires & getting the enrollments done.

3) Maintain CRM & database of enquiries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
