**Responsibilities**

Following the Admission process set by the school and Counseling parents to convert them into admissions.

Converting leads to admissions

Interacting with the teachers to help them plan the necessary academic activities in the school for the students.

Interacting with the parents to understand their problems and then closing the feedback loop by conveying the details to the teachers to better understand the students.

Analyzing the previous enquiries and following the laid out processes to improve the school strength.

Conducting parent orientations so as to ensure that the parents know better about the school.

Counselor should have all the information about the academics, school activities, Montessori tools & knowledge of teaching aids
