**Specific responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and publish content for our website and app in accordance with our brand voice and tone.
- Work closely with various teams across different time zones to build a sound content strategy for addressing customer needs.
- Understand and use various publishing tools to publish content on time.
- Define and measure success metrics and create content accordingly.
- Build an SEO strategy to enhance the discoverability of content and draw traffic.
- Research extensively for valuable insights from competitors’ websites and apps.

**Skills**
- 2-4 years of extensive writing or editing experience.
- Solid grasp of the structure of the English language.
- Strong research skills. Good multi-tasking abilities.
- Aptitude to unlearn and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively articulate concepts and solutions.
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively to contribute to the team’s success.
