**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch credit card products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable credit card options.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong **sales and persuasion skills**.
- **Excellent communication skills** in Hindi & English.
- Confidence in handling customer objections and negotiations.
- Ability to work in a **target-driven environment**.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
