**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Financial Operations**:

- Manage and review daily accounting activities for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely entries.
- Oversee collections and monitor cash inflows to identify trends and address issues promptly.
- **Customer Payment Monitoring**:

- Group customers based on payment and turnover cycles to optimize financial planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow management.
- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Provide insights and reports on financial performance to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and financial documentation using the company’s Buzy software (no Tally required).
- Ensure adherence to taxation laws and other financial regulations.
- Oversee GST, TDS, ESI, PF, PT and other statutory deductions for employees.
- **Ownership and Responsibility**:

- Handle the entire finance function independently, taking full accountability for financial health and operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
