We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Source-to Pay - Dynamic Discounting to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Develop and maintain relationships with the BNY Mellon’s third parties.
- Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other internal stakeholders to streamline our third-party relationships and continue enhancing BNY Mellon’s third-party commercial value.
- Monitor the relationships with the BNY Mellon’s third parties and determine ways to optimize the relationships, create a more satisfying experience, and help drive savings.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Engage with internal stakeholders on process and tool improvement initiatives to ensure changes are fit for purpose.
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Broad procurement experience including with procurement analytics, data architecture and systems preferred.
- 10-12 years of total work experience preferred; understanding of procurement processes and practices for the specific category preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Finance accounting, Analytical skills, Power BI, Power Excel, Factoring and Invoice Discounting
