**Job description**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -**

1. Verify TDS workings & GST ITC workings and ensure compliances.

2. Ensure record systems are maintained in accordance with GAAP.

3. Managing bank statements & related GL reconciliations

4. Performing analysis/reconciliations on intercompany transactions.

5. Complying with month end closing requirements and deadlines

6. Preparation of period and ad hoc reports as requested by senior/management.

7. Co-ordination with internal stake holders as and when required.

8. Performing regular analysis of expense variances.

9. Co-ordinate with internal/external auditors to fulfil relevant requirements.

10. Prepare an expense budget report.

11. Review financial statements prepared by subordinates.

12. Preparation and forecast of Cash flow.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualification - Chartered Accountant ( CA ) only.**

Experience CA Freshers or 1 to 2 years Experienced can only apply**

Recent CA Pass-outs are preferable**

Ready to travel within India.**
- Should be well versed in English.
- . Accounting knowledge with corporate finance experience is a must.
- Should possess sound knowledge in below areas:

- **Account payables, payments, expense management, variance analysis, tax compliances**
- Should be well versed with Tally Prime & be flexible to adapt to new technologies/software.
- IT knowledge for finance module would be an added advantage.
- Well versed with ledger scrutiny.
- Well efficient with MS Excel, Power point etc
- Immediate joiners preffered
