**Position: Executive - Taxation (GST & TDS Compliance)**

As a Taxation Executive, you’ll manage GST & TDS compliance, ensuring accurate filings and regulatory adherence. Key responsibilities include:
**GST Compliance**:

- GST registration & maintenance
- Filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
- Managing ITC, reconciliations, payments, and audits
- E-Way bill management

**TDS Compliance**:

- Deducting & depositing TDS for transactions
- Filing TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q)
- Reconciliation & issuing Form 16/16A
- Managing TDS-related queries

**Tax Planning & Advisory**:

- Optimizing GST credits and TDS
- Staying updated on regulatory changes

**Record Maintenance & Audit Support**:

- Maintaining records for audits
- Coordinating with auditors & authorities

**Vendor & Client Communication**:

- Resolving GST & TDS discrepancies with vendors & clients

**Software & Systems**:

- Using tax software (Tally, SAP, ClearTax) for accurate filings
- Ensuring ERP integration

The role ensures compliance with Indian tax laws, mitigates risks, and supports tax planning.
