Field Sales Representative

**1.** **Job Location**:
All SR/LASF shall be posted at Dist. HQ and will cover full or half Dist. (for Gujarat), Priority locations are **Vapi/Valsad, Surat, Godhra, Himmatnagar, Palanpur, Kutch (Bhuj/Gandhidaham), Bhavnagar**.
**2.** **Responsibilities**:
- Identifying & Developing Retailer Network (Business development activities)
- Identifying & Developing Dealer Network (Business development activities)
- Regular Market Visits
- Concept translation of total construction material requirements at one stop only.
- Internal & External Coordination.
- Initiating Promotional Activities for better reach and leads MIS
- The job demands a high-performance level with rewards & recognition by way of variable/incentives
**3.** **Educational Requirements**:
Diploma Civil, BE Civil, BBA, Bsc chemistry, BE Chemical or any graduate, if possess required skills.
**4.** **Behavioural Competencies**
Zeal to learn, Optimistic, Market Knowledge, Convincing skills, negotiation skills,
go getter approach, presentable personality
**5.** **Other Benefits**:

**6.** **Mandatory Requirements**:
Please prefer people from same kind of Industry. (Building, construction, technical)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
