**Qualification**: Any Graduation
- **Must Have US Real Estate Experience**_
- 15+ years of experience in Legal Consultation, Litigation Handling, Contract Management & Documentation, Statutory Compliance, Client Relationship Management, Team Management
- Proven expertise in handling Real Estate Law, Commercial & IT/ITES Contracts, Legal & Litigation Support.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, & negotiating real estate documents such as sale, lease, leave & licenses, etc
- An astute Legal expert with skills in structuring & implementing business/ legal strategy, to address complex commercial transactions, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.
- Must have minimum of 10yrs experience in handling US Real estate law and having onsite US work experience would be added advantage.

**Notice period: Immediate or 30days**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
