Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. is a dynamic leader in the power tools and hand tools sector and is committed to delivering top-quality products to customers. We are expanding our reach and are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Advisor to join our team and help us drive our sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Must be make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services

2. Must be able to perform under target driver culture

3. Must maintain detailed records of their interactions with customers or prospects on the company’s CRM and on Google sheets.

4. Ensure proper usage of the CRM (Remarks, calling, follow-up calls, deals, etc.).

5. Conduct pre-dispatch inspections of orders as required. (Sometimes only)

6. Maintain complete records of leads, sales amounts, hot customers, unconverted leads, daily and monthly sales reports, or other reports as required by management.

7. Sales target should be achieved as per management call

8. Data of the assigned leads should be maintain well to identify interested customers

**Qualifications and Experience Requirements -**

**1.**Must be Graduate.

2. Must have 1-2 years experience in relatd field.

3- Required documents: aadhar, pan, 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, Graduation Marksheet, and experience letter from the previous employer.
