**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

**About the Role**:We are looking for a talented and confident **Female Anchor** to represent our real estate projects during events, property launches, client visits, and promotional activities. The role involves engaging audiences, presenting project details, and creating a positive brand image through professional communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Host and present at real estate events, exhibitions, and property launches.

Greet and interact with clients during on-site visits and presentations.

Clearly explain property features, benefits, and investment potential.

Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor.

Support the sales team in engaging and converting potential buyers.

Participate in social media videos, promotional shoots, and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Confident stage presence and ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Experience in anchoring, event hosting, or similar roles preferred.

Comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, and local languages.
