We’re looking for a **Junior Performance Marketer** who brings creativity, curiosity, and a data-driven mindset to the table. You’ll work on both **performance marketing** and **social media management**, helping brands grow through smart strategy, engaging content, and measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)**, **Google**, and **LinkedIn** ad campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Assist in developing **brand-specific digital strategies** that combine creativity with data insights.
- Manage **social media accounts** — from content planning and posting to daily engagement and community building.
- Coordinate with clients for trend updates, campaign ideas, and promotional activities.
- Generate detailed **performance reports** and analyze campaign metrics to improve future strategies.
- Work with design and content teams to create **eye-catching ad creatives** and compelling copy.
- Track ad spends, conversions, and ROI while ensuring all campaigns stay within budget.
- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions, comments, and queries on social media in real time.
- Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling, contests, and innovative hashtag campaigns.
- Maintain campaign data, documentation, and client reports with accuracy and attention to detail.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in **digital or performance marketing** (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**.
- Familiarity with **social media analytics** and **Google Analytics** tools.
- Creative thinking with the ability to balance numbers and storytelling.
- Basic design sense (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
