Lab Coordinator

**Job Title: Tinkering Lab / Idea Lab / P2RIDE Lab Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Tinkering Lab / Idea Lab / P2RIDE Lab, facilitating a creative and innovative environment for students.
- Guide students in product development and encourage hands-on experimentation with new ideas and technologies.
- Assist students in building prototypes and developing practical solutions to real-world problems.
- Promote and demonstrate positive thinking, creative problem-solving, and solution-oriented approaches.
- Foster a culture of persistence, encouraging students to work through challenges and develop resilience in the face of setbacks.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and innovation challenges that encourage student participation and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to students on projects related to drones, 3D printing, robotics, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with faculty and external experts to bring in new ideas, tools, and opportunities for student learning and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and/or strong interest in working with engineering students in a lab environment.
- Knowledge of 3D printing, drones, and related emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A dynamic and creative mindset, capable of fostering innovation and encouraging experimentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
