Position : Admin & Accounts Executive
Timing : 9.30am - 7 pm
Skills:
1. Make Purchase Orders, Invoices etc. to/for Suppliers.
2. Make Order Acceptances, Invoices etc. to/for Customers.
3. Upload BRC documents to E-Net portal or submit them to the bank.
4. Prepare cost sheets for costing of projects.
5. Update documents like weekly call sheets and more.
6. Update customers, suppliers and other lists.
7. Maintain petty cash.
8. Make, Review and follow up on payables and receivables.,etc
Location : Ayodhya chowk
