Crizaze Models, a leading modeling agency in Chennai, is looking for a passionate, proactive, and dedicated Model Coordinator to join our team. As a Model Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the discovery and management of new and established talent, as well as the booking of modeling jobs for our roster of models.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule bookings, casting calls, go-sees, and auditions for our models.
- Manage the professional schedules, travel arrangements, and other logístical needs of our models.
- Act as a liaison between our agency, our models, and our clients to ensure smooth communication and the meeting of all contractual obligations.
- Assist in the discovery and development of new talent, and the ongoing career development of established models.
- Maintain updated records of models’ statistics, bookings, and relevant work documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with clients.
- Follow up on payments and ensure they are made in a timely manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in the modeling, fashion, or entertainment industries preferred.
- Knowledge of the latest fashion trends and industry standards.
- Negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27 per week

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
