**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and validate prescriptions and medication orders as per US standards.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of Prescription refills and prior authorization requests.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and US pharmacy regulations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail
