Job Title - MIS

Minimum exp - 1 plus years

Job Description - We are seeking an MIS with expertise in Google Sheets and Google Forms to

streamline our processes, enhance efficiency, and create seamless automation solutions. As an MIS

(Google Sheets and Google Forms), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workflow by harnessing

the power of Google's productivity tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and

maintaining automated processes using Google Sheets and Forms. Your skills in automation will not only

improve our internal operations but also enhance our external communication with clients and

partners.

Responsibilities
- 1. Google sheets expertise:

- Utilize Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
- Develop complex spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and management.
- Create custom formulas, scripts, and functions to automate calculations and data manipulation.

2. Google forms Automation:

- Design and customize Google Forms for various purposes, including data collection, surveys, and

feedback.
- Implement automation triggers to execute actions based on form submissions.

3. Process Automation:

- Identify opportunities for process automation within the organization.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their automation needs.
- Develop and deploy automated workflows that improve operational efficiency.

4. Data Integration:

- Integrate Google Forms and Sheets with other software tools and platforms as needed.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems and databases.

5. Documentation and Training:

- Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on using automated solutions effectively.

Qualifications/Key Skills
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Workspace.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Google Apps Script, JavaScript) is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
