**Job Title: Restaurant Captain**

**Location**: La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, Rajasthan

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / Food & Beverage Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Train, guide, and motivate the service team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Take guest orders, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate order delivery.
- Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance to maintain high standards.
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in managing restaurant inventory, including cutlery, crockery, and supplies.
- Uphold hygiene and safety regulations in compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain accurate billing and ensure proper cash handling.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and private dining experiences.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
