**Responsibilities**

The General Dentist will be responsible for a wide range of clinical duties, including:

- **Comprehensive Examinations and Diagnosis**: Conducting thorough oral examinations, assessing patients' dental needs, and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
- **Restorative and Cosmetic Procedures**: Performing procedures such as fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, veneers, and teeth whitening.
- **Preventative Care**: Educating patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative measures, and overseeing prophylactic treatments.
- **Surgical Procedures**: Performing routine extractions and other minor oral surgeries.
- **Pediatric Dentistry**: Providing foundational dental care for children.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and ensuring strict adherence to all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR compliance).
- **Collaboration**: Working effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and practice operations.
- **Continuing Education**: Staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology, materials, and techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or MDS degree from an accredited dental college.
- Current and unrestricted state dental license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist preferred. (However, highly motivated and exceptional recent graduates may also be considered.)
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of general dentistry independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patient education.
- Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
