Stem Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Robotics & STEM Trainer to lead engaging sessions for students from Grades 1 to 12. The trainer will use tools like Arduino, NodeMCU, sensors, and coding platforms (Scratch, Python, Embedded C) to create an inspiring learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on Robotics and STEM classes in school settings.
- Teach electronics, programming, and design thinking using Arduino, sensors, and DIY kits.
- Encourage project-based learning and assist students in preparing for exhibitions, contests, and tech fests.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure safe, smooth classroom sessions.
- Work closely with school staff and Techradiance academic team for curriculum implementation.
- Prepare weekly student progress reports and class summaries.
- Act as a mentor and role model, helping students think creatively and solve real-life problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- Good understanding of basic robotics, electronics, and sensors.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Iot kits etc.
- Knowledge of Scratch, Python, or Embedded C programming.
- Excellent classroom communication and student engagement skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
- Open to local travel (if required for school-based sessions).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a school or EdTech environment.
- Knowledge of 3D Printing, AI tools, or drone technology is a plus.
- Certification in Robotics or STEM Education is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,846.42 - ₹32,239.14 per month
