We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Junior Designer to join our product design team and contribute to crafting elegant, accessible, and impactful interfaces.

Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Junior Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and senior designers to design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and user-centric. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
UI Design
- Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design layouts, icons, buttons, and interactive elements optimized for web and mobile.
- Work with design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
- Develop mock-up’s, prototypes, and UI assets for review and testing.

UX Design
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Map user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns to enhance user experience.
- Analyse feedback from users and internal stakeholders to refine designs.

Collaboration & Communication
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
- Participate in design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Maintain and update design documentation and assets for internal teams.

Learning & Growth
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Seek mentorship and feedback from senior designers.
- Contribute to improving design workflows and tools within the team.

What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have:

- Any Graduation preferably with specialisation in User Experience Design,
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for digital platforms or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS, React, or JavaScript.
- Exposure to User Personalization Framework such as ADA/ WCAG.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
