**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Working with Agencies & Managing Campaigns**
- Work closely with marketing agencies to run campaigns.
- Approve and check if campaigns match our brand and fit within the budget.
- Make sure all campaigns follow brand guidelines.

**2. Campaign Performance & Reporting**
- Check how well the campaigns are performing.
- Share improvement ideas with the team.
- Work with SEO and social media teams to get updates and reports.

**3. Using Marketing Tools**
- Use CRM systems, WhatsApp tools, and other software to manage marketing tasks easily.

**4. Offline Marketing Activities**
- Manage offline marketing like hoardings, partner expos, and events.

**5. Improving the Brand**
- Help make our brand communication better across all channels.
- Make sure branding is followed everywhere.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience (digital marketing preferred).
- Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign planning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset and eye for design.
- Comfortable working with data and making decisions from reports.

**Skills Needed**
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Good project management - able to manage many tasks at once.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
