**Seeking a skilled and motivated Tele Caller Executive for a BPO Company. As a Tele Caller Executive in our Outsourcing/Offshoring industry, you will play a crucial role in providing services to prospective clients through telephone calls.**

**Position**: Telecaller
- Hindi or Marathi

**Location**: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Qualification**: HSC or above

**Experience**: 0 to 4 years

**Salary**: Upto 15k CTC (14k - In hand)

**Job Type**: Work from office

**Job Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Timing**: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are also eligible with Excellent Communication skills in Hindi or Marathi
- Basic or Good or Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi or Marathi
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in BPO

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions based on product knowledge and understanding of the industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
