**Design and Development: Applicants from NIFT College only**:

- Lead the conceptualization and creation of new fashion collections from initial sketches to final product.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop original designs that meet market needs and brand standards.
- **Team Management**:

- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, ensuring a high level of creativity and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and design reviews to provide feedback and ensure design coherence.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- **Product Development**:

- Oversee the selection of fabrics, materials, and trims for each collection.
- Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control of samples and final products.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Represent the brand at fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and fashion influencers.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of the brand’s strategic vision and long-term design goals.
- Analyze sales and market data to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with business objectives and market demands.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and manage the design budget, including costs for materials, samples, and travel.
- Maintain accurate records of design processes, samples, and final products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in fashion design and production.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Applicants from NIFT college only
- **Skills**:

- Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.
- Strong knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
