**Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows**:

- Work as part of the digital marketing team in Vadodara to understand project scope and objectives and assist in executing marketing & branding strategies.
- Plan and manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement. Key channels include LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop strategies to grow Jeavio’s social media channels.
- Do research for potential customers, competitors and perform various other marketing-related research.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media channels.
- Write copy for various marketing and branding campaigns.
- Create marketing reports.
- Perform keyword research.

**Requirements**:
**Must haves**:

- Experience in social media management
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of core concepts of Branding and Marketing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of any design tools like Canva or similar
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Quick learner and multitasker

**Nice to haves**:

- Knowledge of basic SEO
- Working knowledge of any CMS & HTML
- Knowledge of CRM
- Strong interest in technology. Some understanding of the software engineering business would be very beneficial.

**Experience & Education**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Exposure to the B2B technology industry would be beneficial.
