_**Key Responsibilities**:_
**Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and promote video monitoring services.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to address those needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close sales.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s video monitoring services, features, and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s services.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and objections confidently to secure commitments.
**Targets and Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales manager regarding client interactions and sales progress.
**Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Work with technical support to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
**Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
**Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with video monitoring services or security solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident in delivering sales pitches.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
