As a Video Editor for our digital marketing agency, you will play a vital role in creating compelling and engaging video content to promote our clients' brands, products, and services. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and marketers, to produce high-quality videos that align with our clients' marketing goals. Your expertise in video editing software, storytelling techniques, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering visually appealing videos that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring proper sequencing, pacing, and timing.
- Trim and rearrange clips to create a coherent story and maintain a consistent flow.
- Incorporate transitions, effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Enhance audio quality and synchronize audio with video elements.
- Color correction and grading to achieve a consistent and visually appealing look.

Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the video requirements and objectives of clients' marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with clients' branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Select suitable music tracks, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the video's impact.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets their expectations.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiently use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to edit and manipulate video footage.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to add visual effects, animations, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition) to enhance audio quality and synchronization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new editing techniques, and software updates.

Organization and Workflow:

- Manage and organize a library of digital assets, including video files, music tracks, and sound effects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and
- consistency of all deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
- Familiarity with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling videos and tell stories effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
